TUNEPDF is a flexible command line tool for Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/2003. It allows you to mass change information and encrypt your pdf files from commandline or serverside by your CGI scripts. You can deliver your companies PDFs with standarized information headers and encrypt them individualy for each customer or document user.
